We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across channels, manage campaigns, and help position the company as a leader in its industry,

This is a high-visibility role ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong balance of creativity, leadership, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals

· Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, email, content, etc.)

· Lead brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

· Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities

· Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate key product/brand launches

· Own marketing KPIs and continuously measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance

· Oversee the creation of content, collateral, and thought leadership assets in collaboration with internal and external teams

· Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, agencies, and freelancers

· Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across GTM initiatives

· Manage budgets, forecast marketing spend, and ensure ROI on campaigns

· Manage / Plan internal and external events and teams during the events

· Analize Event market worldwide

· Visit / manage / Coordinate the events (including business trips abroad)

Qualifications:

·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English is a must

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Sociology / Communications / Business or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing

· Experience in building and executing B2B or B2C marketing strategies

· Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, analytics platforms)

· Strong project management and leadership skills

Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

· Experience in administrating

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms

· Experience in event marketing or PR strategy
