ERP Consultant(Junior

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Functional/Solution Consultant with a strong background in business processes and a deep understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work closely with clients to identify their business needs and implement the most suitable solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional consultant or in a similar role, preferably in ERP, consulting, finance, or related industries.
3. Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions and their implementation methodologies.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English being a plus.
5. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, and business process modeling tools.
6. Experience with project management tools such as or Basecamp.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong team player.

Special Considerations:

1. Candidates with experience working with BIG4 will be given special consideration.
2. Candidates holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification will be given special consideration.
3. Candidates with prior ERP implementation experience will also be prioritized.
4. Experience as an Accountant or Auditor
5. Experience in IT ERP, IT Support, ERP Support

Requirements:
