to help clients design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems that shape the future of their organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work as an integral part of
    KPMG Business Transformation Consulting
    group to manage and execute operations, process transformation/improvement, supply chain management, cost optimization, technology analysis and selection,
    ERP system implementation
    , Project Management Office (PMO), and change management for large/complex organization/business/system transformation.
  • Lead and deliver
    ERP-focused transformation projects
    , including system selection, implementation, integration, and optimization for large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with client businesses throughout the
    ERP project lifecycle
    , leveraging business performance improvement frameworks to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues and determining ERP-related needs using innovative assessment techniques and tools.
  • Manage project activities including development and management of
    ERP project scope
    , schedule, budget, risks, resources, and quality.
  • Work proactively with team members and executives to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–6 years' relevant experience
    , preferably within a consulting firm.
  • Required experience in:
    ERP system implementation or large-scale system integration projects. Operation, process analysis and design, process management, and process & technology integration. Project Management and Change Management for large/complex organization/business/system transformation.
  • Preferred experience in:
    ERP strategy development and system selection, People/human resource management.
  • Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for ERP-related business development activities.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capability.
  • Creativity, adaptability, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with an agile mindset.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems and emerging technologies
    (e.g., RPA, Blockchain, IoT) will be an advantage.
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
