ตำแหน่ง: Sales and Project Manager (Event Project)

Event & Exhibition Management / Project Management Office

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

การวางแผนและบริหารโครงการ (Project Planning & Management)

· ศึกษาขอบเขตงาน (TOR / Brief) และวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้า

· จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน เช่น Timeline, Gantt Chart, Work Breakdown Structure

· วางแผนงบประมาณและควบคุมต้นทุนให้อยู่ในกรอบที่กำหนด

· กำหนดทรัพยากร บุคลากร และซับคอนแทรกเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสานงานและควบคุมการดำเนินงาน (Coordination & Execution)

· ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า ทีมออกแบบ ทีมโปรดักชัน และฝ่ายอื่น ๆ

· ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของแต่ละขั้นตอนและแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเหมาะสม

· ควบคุมคุณภาพของงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า

การบริหารเอกสารและงบประมาณ (Budget & Documentation Management)

· จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารโครงการ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา, PO, ใบเบิกงวดงาน, และรายงานสรุปต้นทุน

· ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารก่อนเสนออนุมัติหรือส่งมอบหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· สรุปผลค่าใช้จ่ายหลังงาน พร้อมรายงานเปรียบเทียบงบประมาณจริงกับงบประมาณตั้งต้น

การควบคุมการผลิตและติดตั้งหน้างาน (Production & On-site Control)

· ตรวจสอบ Drawing / 3D Design / Mock-up ก่อนผลิตจริง

· ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต ติดตั้ง และรื้อถอนงานให้ตรงตามแผน

· ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่จัดงาน

บริหารวันงาน (Event Operation Management)

· ควบคุมตารางงาน (Run-down / Cue Sheet) และซ้อมงานก่อนวันจริง

· Brief ทีมงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ดำเนินงานได้อย่างราบรื่น

· แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าระหว่างวันงานและดูแลให้ภาพรวมเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานองค์กร

6.     สรุปและประเมินผลโครงการ (Post-Event Evaluation)

· จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน (Event Report)

· รวบรวมเอกสารการส่งมอบงาน ภาพถ่าย และเอกสารรับรองผลงาน

· ประเมินผลโครงการและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงงานในอนาคต

คุณสมบัติของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่ง (Qualifications)

· ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาการตลาด, นิเทศศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการอีเวนต์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานอีเวนต์อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี

· มีความเข้าใจด้านงานออกแบบ, โปรดักชัน, สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และการบริหารงบประมาณ

· สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, หรือ Google Workspace ได้ดี

· มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การบริหารเวลา และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า

· มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี และสามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
