About Us:

We are a professional accounting and business consulting firm serving Japanese companies operating in Thailand and Japanese clients operating their business here.

Beyond accounting services, we provide comprehensive Registration, Administrative, and Government Liaison support, following the high standards of Japanese business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling company registration and administrative documentation for Japanese clients
  • Prepare and submit key documents such as company incorporation, changes in registration details, shareholder/ director updates, and other required filings
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and relevant government offices
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with Thai regulations and Japanese business standards
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and procedures related to business operations in Thailand
  • Provide excellent client service and support to Japanese clients throughout various administrative processes

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Positive attitude, strong service mind, and high attention to detail
  • Responsible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively

  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English, with Japanese being essential

  • Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with government offices
  • Experience in a Japanese company or experience supporting Japanese clients is a plus
  • Previous experience in business registration or administrative work is a plus but not required
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and able to work in a fast-changing environment
