Job Description:

  • To develop sales promotion campaigns for all Distribution Channel to ensure achievement corporate objectives
  • To monitor, update and summarize promotion result to ensure sales people have effective information to maximize their productivity
  • Create Promotions Campaign strategy to drives sales behavior including both cash and non-cash campaign
  • Populate campaign testing sheet and conduct necessary analysis to ensure the maximum sales incentive with the most efficient cost with accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Acquire agreement and approval Sales Promotion according to the company governance and tracking campaign performance
  • Manage the Sales Promotion Campaign Reports including campaign progress, performance and movement
  • Analyze campaign results to look for key success factors, insights and key learning for future improvement of campaign design
  • Work closely with Distributions channels and their networks to ensure all promotions and events are in line with the channel strategy

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years direct experience in Sales campaign and promotions
  • Having basic Insurance product knowledge
  • Experience in Financial & Banking Industry is preferred
  • Understanding of the distribution drivers and motivational factors
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate especially with MS Excel, MS Access
