International - Export Sales Manager

Job description
1. Sales Strategy Planning and Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on increasing sales volume and expanding market share in the automotive product segment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, managing commercial offers and terms professionally.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
2. Distributor and Sales Channel Management
- Oversee and monitor the performance of distributors in each assigned area to ensure they meet annual sales targets.
- Identify and appoint new distributors in strategic locations to expand product coverage.
- Ensure all distributors operate in compliance with the company's standards in terms of quality, service, and brand image.
3. Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning
- Analyze and forecast monthly/quarterly sales to ensure effective inventory planning.
- Leverage historical data, market trends, and customer insights to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and production planning teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
4. Sales Team Leadership and Development
- Motivate and manage distributor sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide guidance and development opportunities through clear communication and ongoing performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution of the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications;
- Having 3-5+ year experiences in international market.
Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing). TOEIC 650 requirement Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex sales environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with both clients and distributors.
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients and attend industry events
