Senior Account Executive

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Set up meetings, manage timelines, recap briefs, and update documents on Google Drive and Trello
  • Review presentation decks, manage budgets, and prepare quotations
  • Take meeting notes (MOM), track project progress, and make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Support clients and the team during events — from setup to wrap-up
  • Handle last-minute tasks when needed (it happens, we get through it together )

Who we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client service preferred
  • Excellent Thai communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive
  • Confident with Excel and basic accounting
  • Social, flexible, and cool under pressure
  • Up to date with social media trends and pop culture
  • Team player with a great attitude (and bonus points if you can party on behalf of the boss )
