We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
Account Executive
to join our dynamic digital agency team. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact between S39 and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

In This Role, You'll Get To


• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our agency, maintaining regular communication and addressing their specific needs related to Chinese digital marketing.


• Manage client leads from the Marketing team and gather their expectations regarding objectives, challenges, and target audience.


• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, develop project briefs, and create detailed action plans.
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and technical teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.


• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and progress updates, showcasing the value delivered by our agency's services.


• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.


• Increase the client pipeline by proactively seeking out and engaging with potential clients in relevant industries.

What You'll Need to Succeed


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


• Experience working as an Account Executive in a media agency.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and more.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to present ideas and reports effectively to clients and internal teams.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.


• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns in a professional manner.


• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software.


• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.
