1. Executive Support & Administration
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments.
- Screen, prioritize, and route emails, calls, documents, and meeting requests.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules, flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel packs and ensure seamless logistics for business trips and events.
- Liaise with internal teams (architecture, marketing, HR, finance) to ensure cross-department alignment.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, submissions, and approvals.
- Manage document control (contracts, NDAs, proposals, invoices, receipts, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Maintain professional correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with personal-level tasks that overlap with professional responsibilities (house admin, personal booking, basic errands).
- Manage gifts, reservations, or hospitality arrangements when required.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant/Secretary roles.
- Strong command of English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle urgent matters, multi-task, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
