Job responsibilities

  • Process and prepare import documents for custom clearance.
  • Coordinate with shipping agencies, custom, government agencies, and shipping department of RHQ via phone call or email in English.
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistic company and warehouse to follow up shipments.
  • Collaborate with Merchandiser, Sales Support and Finance team to optimize order fulfilment and payment process
  • Manage day-to-day operation to meet internal and external requirements and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor on shipment/delivery schedules, import transaction, and other shipping documents
  • Maintain knowledge of current international trading terms for import regulatory requirements
  • Perform data entry and amendments on our integrated systems as necessary
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

MUST

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping or import operations, ideally within industries related to sporting goods, apparel, footwear, or consumer products
  • Strong interest in sportswear industry, or prior experience in a related field.
  • Good Command of English( Mainly Email Communication)
