Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Strategy
-Develop monthly/quarterly event plans for retail stores, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, member experience days, and local cultural activations.
-Create detailed event briefs, budgets, run sheets, and contingency plans to ensure smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
-Integrate local cultural insights and consumer trends to design engaging, locally relevant event experiences and visual merchandising.
2. End-to-End Execution
-Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination (venue, setup, entertainment, printing), staff training, and on-site supervision.
-Oversee event execution at store locations, ensuring high-quality customer experience and troubleshooting any issues in real time.
-Monitor event budgets and optimize resources to achieve maximum impact within financial guidelines.
3. Cross-Regional Collaboration & Reporting
-Work closely with the HQ Marketing team to align local event plans with global brand strategies and campaigns.
-Prepare post-event reports with key metrics (foot traffic, sales lift, customer feedback, etc.) and share insights with both local and HQ stakeholders for continuous improvement.
4. Local Partnership Development
-Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, media, KOLs, and relevant community or government organizations to enhance event reach and effectiveness.
-Support HQ-led brand initiatives in Thailand by providing on-ground execution expertise and local market insights.
Qualifications
1. Experience: 5+ years in offline event planning and execution, preferably in retail, FMCG, or with a multinational company.
2. Strong project management abilities, with experience in budgeting, multitasking, and vendor management.
3. Proficiency in office software and event management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable). Basic design sensibility (Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
4. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English or Thai and Chinese(both written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across regions.
