The Mission:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Supply Chain Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our operations. In this role, you won't just be moving boxes; you'll be orchestrating the critical flow of products that fuels our company's success. This is a hands-on position where you'll be at the center of the action, connecting our global partners with our internal teams to make things happen.

What You'll Champion:

  • Orchestrate the Flow: Be the master conductor of our supply chain. You will manage the end-to-end journey of our goods, from placing crucial orders with suppliers to coordinating with logistics partners to ensure every shipment arrives on time and on budget.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with our key suppliers and logistics providers. You'll be our front-line problem-solver, managing claims, ensuring quality, and transforming challenges into opportunities for stronger collaboration.
  • Fuel Our Innovation: Act as the company's procurement specialist for essential samples and new parts. You'll be directly involved in sourcing the components that bring our next-generation products to life.
  • Drive Efficiency: Constantly seek out smarter, faster, and more cost-effective ways to manage our logistics. Your insights and efforts will have a direct impact on our bottom line and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, logistics, or related functions. Fresh graduates with strong internships or project experience will also be considered.
  3. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, shipping, customs clearance, and inventory management.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  5. Familiarity with international shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, customs forms) is a plus.
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly address issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
  9. A team player with a collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to building scalable supply chain processes.
  10. Passionate about efficiency, innovation, and making an impact on both daily operations and long-term strategy
  11. Proficiency in English & Chinese (HSK4 or above).
