The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and streamlining end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives and KPIs. This includes managing inventory, procurement, transportation, and distribution processes — with a particular focus on overseas customer transactions. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional operations, ensuring compliance, resolving logistical issues, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all supply chain processes related to overseas customers, ensuring smooth operations that meet company KPIs and performance targets.
  • Supervise and develop Supply Chain team members through coaching, performance reviews, and skills development to drive team efficiency and engagement.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitoring service performance to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery across warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Evaluate supply chain performance through data analysis, prepare regular reports, and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle operational challenges such as shipment delays, inventory shortages, and product quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Import–Export, or warehouse and coordination operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
