Responsibilities:

  1. Receive incoming goods and materials into the warehouse.
  2. Inspect and verify the quantity and condition of received items against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  3. Record and update receiving information in the inventory management system or database.
  4. Organize and store materials in the correct location according to category and labeling standards.
  5. Issue and distribute materials to Technicians or internal departments as requested.
  6. Prepare and dispatch materials every Monday and Thursday according to the delivery schedule.
  7. Record all issuing and dispatch transactions accurately for inventory tracking.
  8. Maintain proper organization, labeling, and safekeeping of all materials and supplies in the warehouse.
  9. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance within the warehouse area.
  10. Conduct regular inventory counts (weekly/monthly) and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  11. Coordinate and communicate with the Purchasing Department regarding stock levels, purchase requests, and delivery schedules.
  12. Support other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Supply Chain team.

  • Location: Ritratana Building - 5 Ramkhamhaeng Rd, Hua Mak, Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Qualification

  1. Currently studying (from the 4th semester onward) or a graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Experienced working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  4. Strong structured thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  5. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking ownership of assigned tasks
  6. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
  7. Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
