Job Summary:

Strategic Projects Associate
is ideal for a resourceful, analytical, and adaptable professional with a generalist mindset and strong project management and consulting capabilities. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, including product owners and senior leadership, to drive strategic projects from conception to execution

Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic, project-based assignments as directed by leadership
  • Spot opportunities to make processes faster, simpler, and more effective
  • Collaborate across teams and external vendors to solve problems and deliver initiatives on time and within budget
  • Build strong relationships with partners and vendors to keep everyone aligned
  • Take full ownership of timelines, budgets, and updates to make sure projects stay on track
  • Explore and apply AI tools to make work sharper, more efficient, and more creative

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field. (Master's or MBA is a plus)
  • Having experience in strategy, business operations, or project management.
  • Open to new graduates with relevant internship experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or software projects is a plus
  • Self-starter with high adaptability and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Passion about sports, martial arts, or combat sports is a bonus
