Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned
MEP/CSA Project Manager
to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with international teams and Chinese counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling:
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for MEP and CSA scopes.
  • Tendering & Procurement:
    Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and oversee vendor selection for MEP and CSA packages.
  • Design Coordination:
    Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Construction Management:
    Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Liaise with internal teams, clients, and Chinese counterparts to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
    Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handover & Commissioning:
    Ensure successful completion and handover of data center projects, meeting all operational requirements.

Requirements

  • 15+ years
    of experience in construction project management.
  • 3+ years
    of international project experience.
  • Successfully completed
    at least 2 data center projects
    (planning, construction, handover).
  • Proficient in
    English and Mandarin
    (Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese teams).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Open to relocation to Thailand.
