Role Overview
We seek a Junior Consultant with a passion for the built environment to support high-stakes development projects. You'll handle critical project administration and keep track of key deliverables. Ideal candidates understand project-based consulting dynamics and thrive in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Administrative Support:
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
- Create and update workflows
- Conduct risk analyses
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measure and report on project performance
Act as the point of contact for all participants
General Administration:
Provide general administrative support to project deliverable team when required
- Support clients in reporting, coordinating and scheduling
- Regularly audit document and deliverables to ensure consistency and compliance with company's standards
