Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, campaign management, and content optimization to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

  • Set up and maintain product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.

Campaign & Promotion Execution:

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform-specific events.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize visibility and conversion rates.

Content & Branding:

  • Create engaging product content, including images, videos, and descriptions tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for TikTok live streaming and short video content.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to improve store performance.

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage reviews to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace algorithms, and promotional tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TikTok live streaming and influencer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization for product listings.
  • Familiarity with paid ads on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
