Betagro Ventures is Betagro Group's corporate venture building and venture capital arm. We are on a mission to create USD 1Bn in enterprise value by 2030 for Betagro Group, through establishing & scaling new ventures that accelerate our communities' access to better quality, more safe and fair priced foods.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Betagro Group's leadership team to define Betagro Ventures' investment strategy and thesis
• Develop and manage investment pipeline, conduct start-up due diligence and valuations, and lead transaction execution
• Actively manage key relationships with portfolio companies and supporting them on operational, financial and growth opportunities
• Actively lead strategic partnership opportunities between portfolio companies and core businesses across Betagro Group

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companies
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills
• Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentality
• Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
• Experience with and understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking is highly preferred
• Track record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
