Strategic Content Manager

Role Purpose
The Strategic Content Manager will be the key driver of content design and communication for AXONS Academy. This role focuses on Content Design and Media Planning, with a primary mission to develop the Content Academy. Unlike typical social media output, the Academy requires deeper, structured, and strategic content that fuels learning, strengthens culture, and enhances organizational capability across CP Group.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Design (Core Focus)
- Develop and execute a Content Roadmap for Academy learning programs (e-learning, workshops, micro-learning, leadership programs).
- Design and produce content that is impactful, sustainable, and value-driven — beyond social media.
- Translate content into actionable media plans across digital and offline platforms.
Media & Internal Communication
- Manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, video, podcast, campaigns).
- Ensure alignment of tone and message with company values and cultural vision
Internal Communication
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business and culture goals.
- Manage newsletters, intranet, and digital channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Partner with leaders and HR to craft clear, transparent, and consistent messages.
4. Change & Transformation Support
- Lead communication during transformation initiatives.
- Create content that drives adoption of new systems, tools, and organizational practices.
6. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding
- Design communication and culture campaigns tied to the academy's offerings
- Create toolkits/playbooks to help managers use academy content for team growth.
- Integrate academy achievements into employer branding (LinkedIn posts, recognition campaigns).
7. Measurement & Insights
- Track communication effectiveness, culture health, and academy participation.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on engagement, culture trends, and learning adoption.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in content/media design and event planning.
- Solid project management and multitasking ability.
- Digital proficiency with modern communication platforms and tools.
- Passion for shaping workplace culture and fostering inclusion.
Experience developing Corporate Academies, Enterprise Universities, or Knowledge Hubs.
Fluency in Thai and English (Chinese is optional but advantageous).
A strong network of EdTech collaborators, academic institutions, or industry mentors.
Passion for AI-in-education, digital credentialing, and global reskilling trends.
