Level : Associate - Senior Associate (1-year contract)

Responsibilities :

  • Build and engage communities across key channels such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Facebook, and through offline events, exhibitions, and meetups.
  • Lead day-to-day social media and community communications, respond to inquiries, moderate discussions, and ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal & compliance, business development) to support community activities, campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with ecosystem partners, including education partners, influencers, agencies, media, and community groups.
  • Support outreach and onboarding of new partners by initiating contact, preparing proposals, and coordinating engagement activities.
  • Collect community feedback and insights to help improve products, events, and communication strategies.
  • Assist in event coordination for webinars, AMAs, university talks, workshops, and partner-led initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in community management, partnership support, or marketing — preferably in tech, fintech, or blockchain.
  • Familiarity or strong interest in blockchain / Web3 ecosystems and community culture (Telegram, Discord, Twitter).
  • Experience in building online communities or managing social platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Thai & English), with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks or partners at once.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaboration-driven environment.
  • Plus: Experience in event coordination, writing content, or working with external partners/speakers.
