I. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
1.Recruitment & Staffing
• Plan and execute recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Training & Development
• Organize training programs and support employee career development.
- Performance Management
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and monitor employee KPIs.
- Employee Relations
• Handle employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain harmonious labor relations.
- Compensation & Benefits
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Administration
• Manage HR records, contracts, office supplies, and coordinate administrative tasks.
- Compliance
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Thai labor regulations and company standards.
II. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Right:
Access HR data and administrative resources.
Authority to propose HR and administrative improvements.
Responsibility:
Oversee HR and administrative processes.
Ensure accuracy of employee records and compliance with regulations.
Support management in decision-making related to HR and administration
III. CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Fluent communication in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
Proficiency in office computer skills
At least 5 years of HR or administrative management experience
Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and capable of working under pressure
