Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic HR initiatives, ensuring the effective management and development of talent, and fostering a high-performance and inclusive corporate culture. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources within the manufacturing or automotive sector and demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates in alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, administer, and monitor performance evaluation systems to drive employee productivity, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Plan and deliver training, mentoring, and development programs to cultivate employee skills and career advancement.
  • Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and incentive programs to motivate and retain talent.
  • Promote organizational values, strengthen employee relations, and implement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and well-being.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or auto parts industry.
  • Proven experience living and working in Thailand, with thorough knowledge of Thai labor laws and local cultural practices.
  • Fluent in Chinese and Thai; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
