As our Creative and Graphic Designer, you are the visual storyteller of Hanapet. Your primary mission is to design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that effectively communicate our brand's benefits across all touchpoints—from digital advertising and e-commerce to physical packaging and in-store visuals. You will solve the challenge of translating complex product benefits into compelling, "thumb-stopping" creative assets that captivate pet parents.

Visual Design & Brand Execution

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including digital banners, social media assets, print advertisements, and retail displays.
• Create visually compelling layouts by selecting appropriate colors, typography, and design elements that enhance brand communication.
• Ensure all visual assets are strictly aligned with Hanapet's branding, messaging, and strategic objectives.

Multimedia & Video Production

• Manage and oversee end-to-end video editing and production for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure engaging, high-quality execution of video content tailored for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Continuously explore industry trends in pet care, e-commerce, and retail design to develop fresh creative approaches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and optimize designs for different audiences and channels.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and creativity while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in creative and graphic design (this is a high-standard Junior role requiring significant executional maturity).
• A comprehensive portfolio of previous work (only candidates providing a portfolio will be considered).
• Proficiency in English (Good command for collaboration in our bilingual environment).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Proven experience in video editing and production.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

• Direct work experience in the E-commerce or FMCG industry.
• You are a pet owner yourself—you understand the bond between pets and their humans.
• Experience in packaging design and retail/POSM visual creation.
