We are looking for a creative and detail - oriented Creative to join our team and develop impactful ideas across digital campaigns, content, branding, and events. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, visual sensibility, and the ability to turn ideas into executable creative outputs.
Role Overview
The Creative is responsible for developing ideas, concepts, and storytelling that support brand direction and campaign objectives across digital, content, KOL, and event campaigns.
This role works closely with Account, Strategy, Media, KOL, and Production teams to ensure all creative outputs are aligned, feasible, and delivered with quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas, concepts, and key messages aligned with brand direction and campaign goals
- Translate client briefs into clear creative directions for digital, content, KOL, and event campaigns
- Create content ideas, storylines, scripts, captions, and creative outlines
- Take ownership of assigned creative tasks and ensure timely and high - quality delivery
- Develop creative solutions within briefs, timelines, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and production teams to execute creative outputs
- Provide creative problem - solving when facing content, platform, or production challenges
- Work closely with Account, Media, Production and Event teams to ensure creative feasibility and consistency
- Support visual direction and maintain creative consistency across all touchpoints
- Present creative ideas internally and support client presentations when required
- Revise and refine creative work based on feedback from clients and internal teams
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign concepts
- Support production and on - ground execution to ensure creative intent is delivered accurately
- Stay updated on creative, content, and social media trends to continuously propose fresh ideas
- Support post - campaign creative summaries and internal learnings when required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a Creative, Content, Copywriter, or related role
- Strong creative thinking, conceptual, and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of branding, marketing, and communication strategies
- Ability to translate briefs into creative ideas, visuals, and narratives
- Up - to - date with digital trends, social formats, and creative movements
- Good understanding of platform - specific content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.)
- Detail - oriented with strong attention to messaging, visuals, and consistency
- Able to work under tight timelines and manage revisions efficiently
- Open to feedback and able to revise work based on client and internal input
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Positive, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast - paced agency environment
