Are you a highly organized and creative individual with a keen eye for design and excellent client-facing skills? We are looking for a Hybrid Creative Manager to be the crucial link between our clients' vision and our design team's execution. This dual-focused role requires exceptional communication for managing client expectations and relaying feedback, along with the technical proficiency to work hands-on with design software when needed

This role reports to the General Manager and Senior Account Manager and you will collaborate with different stakeholders across all departments
Responsibilities:
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the digital design production lifecycle
- Manage and translate client expectations regarding design timelines, scope, and final deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Critically evaluate and consolidate client feedback on design drafts and clearly and accurately brief these revisions to the designer/design team.
- Proactively communicate project status, potential challenges, and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs meet the client's original brief, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
Hands-on Design & Production (Digital Production)
- Execute minor to moderate design revisions and adaptations directly using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Prepare and optimize digital assets for various platforms (e.g., social media, POSM).

- Assist the design team with production tasks, file preparation, and quality assurance checks before final client delivery.
- Maintain an organized system for digital assets and project files.
Qualifications
- Knowledge from working in an advertising adaptation role preferred
- Knowledge of business operations and change management preferred
- Knowledge of new business set up and deployment preferred
- Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
- Understanding of financial compliance procedures
- Sound technical understanding of client requirements
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and an eye for producing quality work is a must
- Ability to operate the design via Adobe Creative Suite solutions
- Excellent in communication in both Thai and English
