Qualification and Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing craftsmanship, bold art direction and hand on execution, demonstrating innovative storytelling across platforms, is a must. Including your bold thinking in TVC, Online video, Key Visuals, Outdoor Activation, Campaign Graphic Assets.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video and animation tools. Experience in AI tools is a plus.

Work Experience Requirements :

  • 5+ years of creative industry experience across agencies, startups, or in-house brand teams.
  • Proven track record in content and campaign creation that drove measurable engagement or growth.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, either as a team lead or project manager, overseeing designers, content creators, or production teams.
  • Experience managing multi-channel creative outputs (social, video, design, experiential campaigns).
  • Exposure to brand building or rebranding projects; ability to establish and evolve brand identities is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, balancing multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative vision, strategic thinking, and executional excellence across digital and offline mediums.
  • A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and think creatively.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Creative Strategy:

Define and lead creative direction across ventures, aligning bold ideas with business objectives.
- Brand Storytelling:

Build and evolve distinctive brand narratives that connect emotionally with audiences across digital, social, and offline platforms.
- Content Excellence:

Oversee high-quality creative outputs including social campaigns, videos, photography, and design, ensuring consistency and craft.
- Production Leadership:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (if needed) to ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery.
- Collaboration & Integration:

Partner closely with marketing and venture teams to maximize creative impact and align outputs with business goals.
- Cultural Trendspotting:

Stay ahead of cultural movements, industry trends, and viral moments to keep the brand relevant.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

Confidently present creative concepts and campaign ideas to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating creative vision into business value.
