Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Plant GM to implement Operational Excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) and establish site-wide standards.
  • Lead workforce capability development programs, focusing on long-tenured employees to align with future operational needs.
  • Support delivery of Cost of Goods, Safety, and Quality targets through strategic HR planning and workforce optimization.
  • Develop and institutionalize proactive employee relations and communication practices to enhance direct engagement and complement union representation.
  • Drive core HR processes including performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, union agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Apply HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Thai nationals with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor law and experience working with unionized labor.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
