Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations at the plant (canteen, accommodation, employee benefits, reimbursement, and loan management).
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and prepare workforce analytics reports.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection for plant roles (operators, technicians, supervisors).
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and organize soft skills and compliance training (Safety, GMP, ISO).
  • Promote employee engagement programs and company culture at the site.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health & safety, and company HR standards.
  • Support HR transformation, digital HR initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, compliance, and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

Additional Information

  • Based at Punpin Plant; able to travel to Southern Thailand and Bangkok
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Coordinate internally with HR team, Line Managers, Supervisors, and Employees
  • Coordinate externally with government labor officers, training vendors, and other agencies
