HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations at the plant (canteen, accommodation, employee benefits, reimbursement, and loan management).
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and prepare workforce analytics reports.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection for plant roles (operators, technicians, supervisors).
- Support onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize soft skills and compliance training (Safety, GMP, ISO).
- Promote employee engagement programs and company culture at the site.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health & safety, and company HR standards.
- Support HR transformation, digital HR initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, compliance, and HR operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Additional Information
- Based at Punpin Plant; able to travel to Southern Thailand and Bangkok
- Possess a valid driving license
- Coordinate internally with HR team, Line Managers, Supervisors, and Employees
- Coordinate externally with government labor officers, training vendors, and other agencies
