About the role

This position plays a key role in driving the business and marketing strategies of Palang Pak Co., Ltd., supporting both current operations and future growth. The role involves close collaboration with the management team and various departments to develop effective marketing, sales, and business expansion strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Establishing goals and objectives for core business unit and expanding to new business opportunities, then measuring performance against those goals
  • Making sure that the business unit has adequate staff, equipment, facilities, and other resources to accomplish its goals
  • Conducting market research studies to identify new opportunities i.e. NPD, E-Commerce, etc.
  • Developing effective promotion and ensuring budgeting control on promotion expenditure.
  • Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers and key stake holders to ensure business continuity.
  • Negotiating trading terms with key accounts
  • Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customers' needs.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitiveness
  • Communicating information about new products or services to customers through online and offline campaigns.

What we're looking for

  • Preferred degree in business management.
  • Minimum five years in management level with proven track record.
  • High entrepreneurship.
  • Experiencing dealing with Modern Trade, especially 7-11.
  • Preferred working experiences in Fresh Cut and Ready to Eat foods.
  • Having knowledge of new product development process.
  • Professional presentation and excellent negotiation skill.
  • Expertise in multi-channel is preferable.
  • Hands on, result oriented, and dynamic.
