Responsibilities:
Sales Operations:
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients through direct outreach and networking.
  • Provide personalized property tours and in-depth presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the luxury townhomes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring that each transaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate agents, and potential investors.
  • Ensure ongoing communication and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering long-term client loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, offering solutions that meet their needs.

Market Knowledge & Strategy:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Use market insights to position the luxury townhomes effectively and communicate their unique selling points.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, events, and private showings that attract qualified buyers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of successfully selling luxury properties (townhomes, condos, or single-family homes).
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market and client expectations in this segment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage high-value transactions independently.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the sales process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
