Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the brand's sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and retail partners to set monthly sales targets.
  • Analyze sales and market data, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and quarterly budgets.
  • Manage and allocate stock, including logistics and reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with retail partners in the three countries.
  • Organize retail and customer events, including gifts.
  • Manage the high-end customer database (e.g., Minute Repeater & Grand Complication clientele).
  • Support marketing activities, client events, and international projects.
  • Assist in brand collaborations in arts, culture, and heritage.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Thai nationality and native Thai speakers only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a luxury or premium brand, including team management experience.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, sales monitoring, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong command of English is required for effective communication with regional partners
