General Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations for a prestigious luxury automotive brand. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English and a proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience to high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium car sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle for ultra-luxury vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of luxury vehicles by building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring personalised service and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including product presentation, test drives, financing options, and delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Represent the brand at exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
