  1. Monitor month-end closing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  2. Manage and control overall company financial performance, including Profit & Loss, and provide monthly/quarterly financial results to corporate management.
  3. Support and prepare monthly P/L and B/S forecasts, analyze variances, and submit reports to management.
  4. Review and ensure all accounting transactions comply with Thai GAAP, IFRS, and Group Accounting Manual, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting.
  5. Develop and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, and workflow improvements, including supporting new ERP system implementation.
  6. Plan and manage company cash flow to ensure sufficiency, efficiency, and financial stability.
  7. Coordinate with government agencies and local lawyers to ensure proper handling of legal, tax, and regulatory matters.
  8. Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure effective daily operations and continuous performance improvement.
  9. Coordinate external and internal audits by preparing required documents and ensuring compliance with all audit requirements.
  10. Ensure compliance with ISO90001, ISO140001, ISO45001, ISO22301, RBA policy, and other relevant company standards.
