RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Center of Excellence budget planning, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
  • Provide cost status update/feedback weekly to Management / function head / related team, trigger risk and opportunity/assist some finance concern issue.
  • Provide Finance analysis/trade off to stakeholders for decision making / Recommendation with high quality and timely manners
  • Review and approve Purchase Requisitions, ensuring budget availability and proper cost center allocation.
  • Manage month-end financial processes, including accruals for open POs and intercompany billing support.
  • Advise on expense transaction adjustments and collaborate with the accounting team on financial matters.
  • Monitor and report on significant changes in spending and headcount to management.
  • Perform additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in Finance or some experience in financial analyst
  • Business Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Negotiation skills, Financial, Accounting, Tax Skills
  • Fluent in English & Computer
  • Overseas business trips may be required
