RECHILL is a social wellness sanctuary in Bangkok built around ice baths, saunas, breathwork, and connection.

Our Mission: To help people feel better, build stronger humans through challenges, and create a space for real human connection away from the chaos of the city and digital world.

We're expanding fast — launching new locations, events, and branded products like Chillbert merch, natural wellness items, and café goods.

We're looking for a smart, resourceful Assistant to the Founder who can help drive this growth behind the scenes — coordinating research, sourcing, and communications for our next phase of expansion, including new brand and product launches.

About the Founder:

You'll be working directly with Gavin, an American entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and scaling businesses internationally. He is passionate about health, wellness, and human optimization, and founded RECHILL to merge science-backed recovery, community, and fun. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn closely from a hands-on founder and be part of a growing wellness movement.


What You'll Do

  • Brand Merch & Product Research

  • Research factories and suppliers in Thailand and China for merch (T-shirts, stickers, bottles, etc.)

  • Source and communicate with manufacturers for spin-off wellness products such as food, soaps, and natural goods
  • Coordinate product samples, pricing, and packaging

  • New Brand Planning & Development

  • Support the founder in developing new wellness and product brands under the RECHILL group

  • Help research, brainstorm, and coordinate creative and operational details for new launches
  • Assist with branding, packaging ideas, and supplier outreach for new product lines

  • Operations & Expansion Support

  • Assist with business development tasks as we expand RECHILL to new locations

  • Help coordinate with designers and the lead team for signage, graphics, and marketing assets
  • Support in organizing meetings, scheduling, and event planning
  • Translate and communicate with Thai manufacturers, suppliers, and partners when needed

  • General Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Manage communication between RECHILL's founder, staff, and partners

  • Prepare documents, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
  • Support daily organizational needs as new projects launch
  • Open to assisting with occasional personal or miscellaneous tasks for the founder, such as translation, Thai language communication, or coordination with local contacts

Who You Are
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — you like getting things done efficiently
  • A positive thinker with a growth mindset, always looking for creative solutions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools, automation, and digital platforms to work smarter
  • Able to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas for branding, marketing, and business growth
  • Comfortable communicating with suppliers, designers, and partners
  • Interested in wellness, branding, entrepreneurship, and creative projects
  • Familiar with Google Workspace, Ai tools, task management tools, Canva, or other productivity tools
