Responsibilities
  • Lead Ticket2U's business expansion in Thailand, focusing on ticketing & event technology solutions.
  • Identify, connect, and build strong, long-term relationships with event organisers, corporate clients, conference planners, and exhibition organisers.
  • Promote and demonstrate Ticket2U's technologies, including: Ticketing, check-in system, registration services, badge/wristband printing, RFID/NFC tracking, facial recognition system, and online ticketing.
  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent Ticket2U and drive client acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closing.
  • Provide account management support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate closely with the HQ team and support localization efforts for the Thai market.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to shape business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Requirements & Benefits
  • Must have full working rights in Thailand, based in Bangkok.
  • 2–4 years' experience in business development, ticketing, sales, event management, MICE, exhibitions, or event technology.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Thai and English/Chinese.
  • Comfortable in explaining and selling technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, able to adapt quickly to new technologies, with solid MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills, able to prepare forecasts and sales reports.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Existing network or contacts within the events and exhibition industry is a strong advantage.
  • Own transport (car with valid license) for client visits and event site meetings.
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand (Bangkok and other cities) for client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
  • Flexible to work outside standard office hours when required for events or client needs.
  • Passion for events, innovation, and technology, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
