1. Conference & Event Management:


• Develop and execute event strategies based on organizational goals.


• Plan event logistics, including venue selection, layout & design, and event scheduling.


• Coordinate catering, audiovisual needs, entertainment, and décor.


• Create and manage event timelines and ensure all milestones are met.


• Organize/Coordinate conference programming, including speaker's coordination, session scheduling, and content curation.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality conference materials.


• Ensure smooth execution of registration processes, attendee communications, and on-site check-ins.

2. Budget Management:


• Prepare, manage, and track event budgets to ensure cost efficiency.


• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.


• Conduct post-event financial reconciliation and analysis.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and attendees.


• Track and confirm vendor deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution.


• Maintain strong relationships with service providers and partners.


• Secure sponsorships and partnerships to enhance event offerings and generate revenue.

4. Marketing and Promotion:


• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive event attendance and visibility.


• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional materials, social media campaigns, and email outreach including track and analyze event performance metrics to inform future strategies.

5. On-Site Event Management:


• Oversee on-site operations, including setup, execution, and teardown.


• Manage event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.


• Address and resolve any issues that arise during events in a professional and timely manner.
