Client Acquisition Senior Manager – Domestic Wholesale

The Client Acquisition Senior Manager for Domestic Wholesale & Corporate Sales is responsible for leading the acquisition of high-value domestic clients across wholesale and corporate segments. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth within domestic markets. The candidate will bring strong sales expertise, "Hunter" personality, gaining lead to the company, an in-depth understanding of the wholesale and corporate sales landscape, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition Strategy Development- Develop and execute targeted client acquisition strategies for the domestic wholesale and corporate sales channels.- Identify high-potential prospects in key markets and prioritize them based on strategic value. - Set acquisition targets and develop KPIs to drive growth in line with company objectives.
Pipeline Development and Management- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across domestic wholesale and corporate sectors.- Lead outreach efforts through networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns.- Engage in proactive client engagement strategies to secure new business and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Sales Process Leadership- Drive the full sales process, from initial contact to negotiation, closing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients.- Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals.
Relationship Building and Account Handover- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients.- Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired accounts to account management teams for long-term servicing.- Provide strategic insights to support long-term growth of key accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
Reporting and Performance Measurement- Track and report on acquisition metrics, sales performance, and pipeline health.- Prepare regular reports and present acquisition insights to management team
