Primary Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage and update the candidate database to ensure accurate information.
- Conduct the onboarding process for new employees.
- Facilitate probationary evaluations.
- Improve or develop recruitment processes using AI to enhance efficiency and reduce working time.
- Prepare recruitment summary reports.
- Summarize and present data in the form of dashboards.
- Support additional recruitment activities such as campus recruitment and job fairs.
2. Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent.
3. Employee Potential Evaluation:
- Evaluate the expected potential of employees, including monitoring and summarizing results.
- Develop targeted and user-friendly evaluation tools.
4. Team Support:
- Proactively support the team's activities by anticipating needs without explicit requests.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities during university is appreciated.
- Proficiency in MS Office.(Advance in Excel is preferred)
- Basic technological skills with the ability to learn new tools for practical use.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in using AI tools.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
- Office located at Lumphini Tower, Rama IV Road.
