Responsibilities

  • Research and gather data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients.
  • Work with clients to define short and long term goals.
  • Able to identify the right target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
  • Strategically determine the most effective media mix to display advertisements and allocate budget.
  • Coordinate, monitor and routinely evaluate media campaigns and strategies.
  • Lead the process for pitching of new clients together with the sales lead and creative team.
  • Utilize tools such as Fanpage Karma and Mandala to its maximum value.
  • Follow media trends of online and offline outlets closely.
  • Able to mentor junior members and create a work environment suitable for open discussions and sharing of ideas.
  • Initiate a new approach to the work process and propose to management as needed.

Qualification

  • Over 1 years of experience in strategic media or communications planning.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency/digital agency preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising fields required or higher.
  • In-depth understanding of customer marketing, digital marketing and up-to-date digital trend.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized, self motivated and a team player.
  • Positive and open-minded, creative minded and always looking to learn.
