Position: Air Operations Supervisor in Bangkok Office

Job Responsibilities:

·       Standards & Metrics Alignment: Ensure all air booking operations meet company standards and support the achievement of Air Excellence metrics.

·       Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the air booking team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in task completion.

·       Compliance Oversight: Maintain full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations across all air booking activities.

·       Employee Development: Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance, develop skills, and support their professional growth.

·       Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, aligning feedback with company values, key result areas and individual goals to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within international travel trade, airline operations, or a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is essential for managing complex air booking workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience in coaching teams, conducting performance reviews, and aligning employee development with business goals
  • Experience in making strategic decisions and risk management
  • High level of emotional maturity, quick learner, well-organized, and high attention to detail
