We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist to communicate risk policies and processes for an organization. Hands-on development of risk models involving credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support.

Responsibilities

  • Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
  • Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics and reports
  • Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation in order to minimize their future risks
  • Establishing the level of risk in the company are willing to take
  • Identify financial, safety or security risks that the client company or organization may face

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Development, Business Administrator, Economics or a related field
  • 3-5 years experiences in Risk Management position (Supervisor level will be advantage)
  • Proficient computer skill, including MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk
