Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Marketplaces
  • Plan media budget and brief to agencies and ecommerce platforms to maximize ROI/ROAS
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Lead A/B testing across creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Develop full-funnel performance strategies for acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, CRM, and content teams
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities through testing and market trends
  • Ensure campaign tracking accuracy via pixels, tags, and attribution tools
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners (if applicable)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 3–5+ years' experience in performance or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, attribution tools)
  • Proven track record of achieving ROI-based targets
  • Experience managing budgets at scale
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a candidate who possess the following qualities:

  • Marketplace performance experience (e.g., Shopee, Lazada)
  • Experience working in e-commerce, either within an online marketplace/platform (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or managing e-commerce performance marketing for a brand.
  • Agency or multinational brand experience
  • Able to communicate in English (both verbal and written)
