The Project Engineer implements Smart Factory solutions focusing on Braincube (AI & Industrial Analytics), APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and CMMS (Computerize Maintenance Management System).

This role manages the end-to-end delivery lifecycle – requirements, data mapping, configuration, testing, go-live, documentation, and training – ensuring that each project meets technical standards and customer operational needs.

Importantly, during project preparation or downtime, you will utilize your technical expertise to provide essential Pre-sale Solutions Engineering and Post-sale Technical Support, ensuring continuity in our commercial and customer satisfaction goals."

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage industrial software implementation projects to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.
  2. Gather functional and technical requirements from customers and translate them into system design.
  3. Perform data mapping, system configuration, and integration with existing OT/IT systems.
  4. Conduct testing (FAT/SAT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes with partners.
  5. Prepare project documents: design spec, configuration records, test reports, and training materials
  6. Deliver user training and handover to customer operation & maintenance teams.
  7. Work closely with Sales and Presales to provide technical inputs for proposals and estimations (man-days, infra).
  8. Monitor project risks and communicate status regularly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  9. Keep up-to-date with new product releases, tools, and best practices in MES/APS/AI analytics.
  10. Presale and posted sale support as well as product training during project preparation or downtime with other customers or cases.

Qualifications:

  • High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 or higher years
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in project management or engineering, preferably in the industrial or software sector.
  • English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 650) – able to read technical documents and join partner calls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in automation and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication. Positive, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both technical and business users.
  • High level of discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Experience with MES, APS, CMMS, AI, historian, or analytics platforms is an advantage.
