About the role
Join the dynamic team at Arnir Thailand, Ltd. as an IT Engineer. In this full-time, on-site role based in Pathum Thani, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing the company's mission-critical IT infrastructure to support our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Hardware Support
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot hardware performance, including preventive maintenance.
Manage inventory of IT assets; ensure tracking, tagging, and lifecycle management.
Software Support
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems (e.g., Windows, antivirus, office tools).
Troubleshoot software issues reported by users and provide timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
ERP System Support
Coordinate with ERP vendors or internal developers for troubleshooting and system updates.
Train end users on ERP modules (e.g., Production, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Finance).
Assist in ERP customization projects or integration with other systems.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an IT engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and IT security best practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
