Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize performance advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online/digital media channels) to achieve the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Create, optimize, and set pricing for ad copies, keywords, banners, and target audiences across all creative media, while being able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Monitor media statistics and analyze performance data.
  • Provide clients with recommendations on campaign performance and actionable insights for future media optimization.
  • Collect data, analyze trends and insights using Google Analytics or other analytical platforms to enhance media reporting.
  • Coordinate with the planning department, digital media team, and manage client relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience for Junior level and 3–4 years for Senior level in advertising, online advertising, or marketing.
  • Proficient in computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Up to date with digital marketing and social media trends.
