We are a Thailand-based branch of our China-headquartered company, and we are looking for a Thailand Market Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Chinese Project Manager based in Thailand and support the parent company's business expansion across Southeast Asia.

岗位职责:

  1. 协助泰国项目经理实施市场拓展计划,重点支持生鲜产品及其他潜在项目(如汽车零部件)的供应链开发与客户关系维护。

  2. 协助开展市场调研,收集当地供应商、渠道商及行业政策信息,为物流供应链业务提供决策支持。

  3. 负责中泰双语商务资料的准备、翻译与校对,包括合同、报价、发票等。

  4. 协助跟进泰国地区的订单执行,协调内部物流、仓储、清关等环节,保障供应链流程顺畅。

  5. 根据业务需要,定期赴泰国及东南亚地区出差,支持线下市场推广与客户对接。

Key Responsibilities:​

  1. Assist the Project Manager in implementing market expansion plans, with a focus on supply chain development and client relationship management—especially for fresh produce and potential projects such as auto parts.

  2. Conduct market research to gather information on local suppliers, distributors, and industry policies, providing decision-making support for logistics and supply chain operations.

  3. Prepare, translate, and proofread business documents in both Thai and Chinese, including contracts, quotations, and invoices.

  4. Support order execution in Thailand by coordinating internal logistics, warehousing, and customs clearance to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain flow.

  5. Travel regularly within Thailand and Southeast Asia as needed to support offline marketing activities and customer engagement.

  1. 具备良好的市场敏感度和业务开拓意愿,能适应物流供应链行业的多元化项目节奏。

  2. 泰语、中文流利,能作为工作语言进行商务谈判、文件撰写及跨文化沟通;英语良好者优先。

  3. 能够适应频繁赴泰国及东南亚地区的短期出差。

  4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力和抗压性,能同时支持生鲜等时效性要求高的项目。

Qualifications:​

  1. Strong market awareness and a proactive approach to business development; able to adapt to the fast-paced, multi-project nature of the logistics and supply chain industry.

  2. Fluency in Thai and Chinese, with the ability to use both as working languages in business negotiations, documentation, and cross-cultural communication; proficiency in English is a plus.

  3. Willingness to undertake frequent short-term business trips within Thailand and Southeast Asia.

  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the resilience to support time-sensitive projects such as fresh product supply chains.
