About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a
Marketing Assistant

will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for events, managing and organizing trade shows, coordinating all aspects of event management, and supporting sales activities aligned with events. The role requires working closely with various teams to ensure successful marketing and execution of events.You will

support planning and coordinate delivery of SEABW

(South-East Asia Blockchain Week) and drive day-to-day social-media/community marketing when the event is not in season:

What You'll Do

  • Marketing Assistant  

— executes plans, handles local vendors & communities, and grows into an independent project owner.
- Pre-event Planning - Draft rough agenda with Seoul HQ, track budget, liaise with agencies, capture on-site photos/videos, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Sponsor / Speaker / Partner Sales - Build long lists, outreach, negotiate terms; expand to hotels, airlines, media, etc.
- Local Operations - Run Thai-language Facebook/Instagram/X channels; update event website/apps; train local staff & volunteers; produce SOPs so HQ staff need minimal on-site presence.
- Hands-on ownership of official social-media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X) including content calendar & performance reporting.
- tracking budgets and event expenses

with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Side Events & Meet-ups - Host monthly/quarterly meet-ups, happy hours, KOL round-tables; analyse attendee data to refine community growth.
- Post-event Wrap-up - Support cost reconciliation; craft bilingual (TH/EN) recap content for social channels.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in marketing, events or communications.
  • Native-level Thai and business-level English (written & spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HQ, agencies, suppliers, and multicultural teams.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Proven track record closing sponsorships or B2B sales targets.
  • Prior experience in blockchain/Web3 or tech/start-up conferences.
  • Established network of Thai / SEA KOLs, media, or community leaders.
  • Practical skills in design tools (Figma, Canva) or CRM / marketing-automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
